Proactiv® Skincare.

Hello Loves,

I wanted to do a review on the skincare products I've been using for the last couple of months, introducing to you all to my skins new best friends - Proactiv® Skincare.

From Left to Right: Renewing Cleanser, Revitalising Toner, Repairing Day Lotion and Repairing Night Lotion.

Renewing Cleanser
This is a lovely cleanser to use its not to harsh on my skin which when using products directed to getting rid of spots or acne can be a problem as i have drier skin on my cheeks. This leaves my face feeling clean but not sore or tight.

Revitalising Toner

Probably my favourite part of my skin routine if im honest! This helps skin feel fresh to the touch and helps calm skin down after a very thorough washing.

Repairing Day Lotion
This is a lovely lotion to use and keeps my skin from drying out and controls my oily T Zone which is essential.

Repairing Night Lotion
Again this a nice lotion to use although I found it can make my skins drier areas a bit flaky but this problem is easily solved as the day lotion moisterisers the bits that need it most and the flakiness disappears.

So thats it loves my current skincare for the past few months.

Kefalonia 2011

Hello Loves,

Just wanted to say hello after my weeks holiday in the beautiful Kefalonia in Greece with the boyfriend (awwww).

Anyway I thought I would post some pictures of the island as it really is beautiful and if you want relaxation I would fully recommend it!

Sunset shot from the pool area.

Random but beautiful display outside a house near Kefalonias Castle.

The view from the top of the castle.

And finally the little birdy who tried to join us for lunch.

So there you go just an insight to my holiday, I hope you have all enjoyed the nice weather we had here and for those who managed to get to Glastonbury I'm officially jel.

Body Shop Honey Bronze Collection

Hello Loves,

Well I'm back with a new post I'm not sure what was going on with blogger but basically I haven't been able to log in or follow people (incredibly frustrating).

However I have been a busy beauty bee and when I heard about the new Body Shop Honey Bronze collection I rushed out and bought it (I am a sucker for being bronzed, damn you freckly skin).

So heres what I got!

From left to right: Bronzer in Shade 02, Shimmering Dry Body Oil and Bronzing Gel.

I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed these products! I've found that I have been using all three since purchase and have found them a now essential in my summer routine.

The bronzer is a lovely matte shade that I personally use for countoring as the pigmentation is a dream and there is no danger of resembling a lovely shade of orange, which for me when I'm au natural is essential.

The bronzing gel I've been mixing with my normal foundation to give me more of a colour so this gem has saved me from having to buy yet another foundation as the more colour I want the more I add. Simples.

As for the shimmering body oil I LOVE this and it makes my legs look amazing! And just as excitingly gives me the collarbones that I have only dreamed off.

Did any of you indulge in the Honey Bronze collection? What are your thoughts?

Boots Haul

Hello loves,

I tend to be one of those people who whenever I hear something even remotely good about a product I rush out and buy them. Now sometimes this is a good thing and you end up discovering something truely amazing and others it's a total waste of money and your left with a feeling of disappointment. I am also one of those people that cant seem to leave Boots/Superdrug empty handed so heres what I got!

From Left to right: Sally Hansen In Peachy Keen, Sally Hansen In Commander In Chic, St Tropez Skin Illuminator In Gold, Soap And Glory In Hocus Focus and Orly In Oh Cabana Boy.

Most of this haul was inspired after a mammoth youtube watching and blog reading episode. Sally Hansen's Commander In Chic was bought after reading NicolaVC86 blog post about how it was a dupe for OPI Metro Chic colour which I love! For a better look of how similar they are you can find her post here.
For the summer I love summery dewy skin and so am always on the lookout for any products I think may help achieve this. The St Tropez highlighter was bought after I saw Gemma from Gemsmaquillage talk about it in her March favourites and she said what a lovely glow it left to her skin for those who are interested you can find the video here. The same can be said for Soap And Glorys Hocus Focus after I watched Sarah from SwalkerMakeup April favourites video who said she was mixing it with her Estee Lauder Double Wear to get good coverage without it feeling to mask like for the summer again you can find her video here.

I'm looking forward to trying out all these products and will let you guys know how I'm getting on (hopefully they will do amazing things for me haha).

Do you guys ever buy something just because youve heard someone says it's great or are you unable to leave Boots/Superdrug empty handed?
